6. I’ve heard that anxiety disorder is also a common psychological disorder. What’s the difference between depression and anxiety disorder?

The Therapist answers:

Most depression sufferers show some symptoms of anxiety. Long-term sufferers of anxiety disorder may also complicate depression. The main feature of anxiety disorder is worrying about different kinds of things for six consecutive months and feeling out of control. Symptoms include nervousness, irritability, difficulties in falling asleep, mental restlessness, fear, fright, muscle tension, hyper suspicious, and afraid of death.
